Horrified to find that I ate Thai Pig Skin Snack :P

Nice golden brown hue, crispy & aromatic...
fried pig skins taste better than potato chips!

I had a shock when I saw the packaging...

yucky, how'd I have known that pig skins are sold as snacks?
The cholesterol level's scary

    It is a favorite of the midwest (where I grew up). They are much airier than what you had though (or it least it looks that way)
