Nudity in documentary about Paganism ;) (yeah, it's shown on national tv)

The sight of naked women and men dancing around on national tv is something that's totally alien to me...

It's a highly "academic" and "educational" documentary about Paganism ;p
but I felt terribly unladylike watching it because it was quite akin to enjoying hardcore porn or visiting the White House

You see, I grew up in Asia, where something innocent like this would be considered as being in the 18SX category:-

I spent my teenage years hoping to see Pamela Anderson naked in the "censored-but-labelled-as-18-SX" Baywatch series (but my wish never came true...)
So, imagine my surprise seeing more than 6 naked men & women all at once! *gulp*

It was just too much for my faint heart
(Yeah, rite! You're just saying so cuz you know your Mum & Dad are reading your blog)

In some traditions of Wicca, rituals may be held in the nude, also referred to as "skyclad".
Being skyclad is not sexual in nature. Of those who practice skyclad, many say that it helps bring them closer to the Divine, because there is literally nothing between them and the Gods. In other traditions, a person may be skyclad only during certain ceremonies, such as an initiation rite.

  5. Our TV for any film stars with too low cut there will be a block in the front or show for a quick second only. However there still many sex crime plus school, college and U student get pregnant and finally give birth at toilet or dump baby in rubbish dump.

  7. I think it's better to be open about taboo topics. Do you know that I have never come across any single news about rape while I'm here?

  8. Another thing seldom reported is suicide, either because they fear copycats or perhaps more likely and shamefully, it ain't news...

  9. I think that's because of K rd.

  10. Suicide?? gosh, I didn't know about it... but I won't be surprised, really. Some of the city apartments are very suicide-friendly - if you have seen the Harvard Apartments on Hobson St, you'll know what I mean. I almost ended up staying there but found the building structure to be a bit too shaky for my comfort

  12. :) I remember my first day in England back 1979. I had just checked in to the hotel and was dead tired from traveling from San Diego to London. I was channel surfing when I swore I saw a naked woman. I clicked back and sure enough, there was a whole bevy of naked women! Turns out it was a documentary on the Crazy Horse night club in Paris. Indeed, the Europeans have a whole different outlook on sexuality (not saying I necessarily agree with it, just stating a fact). Anyway, thanks for the trip down memory lane...;)
